The responsibility ofDr helewas.a.s. cannot be committed towards any introduced errors on the website. Execution of the orders

Time and expenses of delivery

In the event of out-of-stock condition on whole or part of the order, the customer will receive by separated mail, with his name and his postal address, a bank check refund corresponding to the value of the missing products, increased if by right of the whole or part of the forwarding costs.

Complaints
By signing the delivery form, the customer accepts the products delivered , and consequently no complaint relative to sudden damage during transport will be accepted. It is the responsibility of the customer to check the goods and reservation upon the arrival of the parcel and to exert, if necessary, all recourse against the conveyor. With the reception of the goods, the customer must immediately check their state and their conformity compared to the contract. All complaints relative to a defect of the delivered goods, an inaccuracy in the quantities or an erroneous reference compared to the order confirmed by Dr helewas.a.s, must be formulated in writing within 2 days upon reception of the goods, in the absence of wich the right to the complaint will cease being valid. Any return of goods requires prior agreement of Dr helewas.a.s, who will communicate the return address to the customer. In the absence of agreement, any returned goods will be held at the disposal of the customer to his expenses, risks and dangers, all handling, storage, transport charges being to the expense of the customer. In all the cases, the return of the goods is carried out with the expenses, risks and dangers of the customer.

Right of Retraction
The Purchaser has a seven clear days deadline as from the date of reception, to turn over to his expenses, the ordered products, for refunding. Jurisdiction and litigations
Contractual information is presented in French language and the products offered for sale are in conformity with the French regulation. All the disagreements relating to the formation, the execution and the suspension of the contractual obligations between the parts not being able to give place to an friendly settlement will be subjected to the jurisdiction of the Commercial court or another court of jurisdiction of Dr helewas.a.s, in the areawhere the head office of Dr helewas.a.s is.
